WARM UPS LEGS 1. Leg lunges side and front2. Groin stretch 3. Hamstring stretch - left, right and middle 4. Quad stretches ARMS 1. Across front Left and Right INJURIES 1. Not warming up sufficiently Windmill pitching is a more natural motion than overhand, but can cause injuries if not done properly. If you are hurting after pitching the cause is probably one of the above. More pitchers are hurt playing other positions by throwing overhand than hurt pitching. |
